Why is ticketing so expensive?

We created Voodoo Tickets out of hatred for other ticketing and marketing services. After paying $10,000+ in fees annually for running a commercial haunted house 1 month of the year, we realized our provider (and now competitor) had poor customer service, poor ticket deliverability, and excessive down-time that hurt our business. So we created Voodoo Tickets!
